Getting Started
No. Registration is free. There are no membership fees, subscription costs, or platform charges. You get paid for the work you complete. That's it.
No. Registering doesn't commit you to any projects. You review each opportunity individually and decide whether to take it. No exclusivity, no lock-in, no minimum volume requirements.
Just your company information, crew details, equipment list, capabilities, and the areas where you want to work. The registration form takes about five minutes. It's all checkboxes and dropdowns, not essays.
Registered means you've completed the form. You're in the network, but Qualified contractors get first call. Qualified means you've uploaded your insurance certs, W-9, and business license and we've verified them. You get priority matching. Preferred means you've completed a project with us successfully. You're first in line for everything in your area.
You can register without it, but you'll stay at Registered status. To move to Qualified and get priority matching, you'll need to upload your Certificate of Insurance showing general liability and workers comp coverage, plus your W-9 and business license.
How Matching Works
When a project comes in, we look at the fence type, location, timeline, and scale, then match it to a contractor whose capabilities, crew size, and service area fit. We don't blast it to 50 people. One project, one contractor. If it fits, we call you with the details.
Yes. Every time we match you with a project, you see the full scope, location, timeline, and fence type before you commit. If it doesn't work for your schedule or your crew, you pass. No penalty, no hard feelings.
Chain link, ornamental iron, wood, vinyl, high-security perimeter, gates, bollards, and access control. Project sectors include commercial, schools, universities, data centers, federal and military facilities, corrections, and multifamily residential.
We operate across the United States. During registration, you tell us where you want to work, whether that's your home region, multiple states, or nationally. We only match you with projects in areas you've indicated.
It depends on your area, capabilities, and how much work is coming in. We're not going to promise weekly projects if that's not realistic. What we will promise is that when something fits your crew, you'll hear from us. Qualified and Preferred contractors always get first call.
On the Job
We handle material procurement and delivery to the jobsite. You bring your crew, tools, and equipment. You don't need to source, purchase, or transport fencing materials.
We handle the GC relationship and project coordination. You focus on the installation. If there are schedule changes, scope questions, or site access issues, we're the ones making those calls.
Payment is processed after project completion and punch list closeout. Payment terms are agreed on before the project starts. No chasing invoices, no waiting 90 days.
Call us. We're not a platform that disappears after matching. If something comes up on site, whether it's a material issue, scope conflict, or site condition, we're involved and we help resolve it.

Job boards post listings and let dozens of contractors compete for the same work. IsubFence is a curated network. We vet contractors, we own the projects, and we match one contractor to one project. You're not bidding against anyone.
